Outdoor Lifestyle extends a 5-year limited warranty to the original purchaser which is only valid in the country of original purchase on all products manufactured by Outdoor Lifestyle (Pty) Ltd in its Cape Town, South Africa facility. The warranty applies to home use only, and not commercial use. Over 30 years of manufacturing experience goes into every item we make, and we stand by our products and warranty. The warranty requires you, the consumer, to ensure that the right maintenance procedures are followed.

FRAMES
If your Outdoor Lifestyle furniture fails structurally (i.e. broken frames, castings and welds) within 5 years from the date of purchase, or if the finish peels or blisters within 3 years from date of purchase, we will replace, repair or refinish the frame in the original style and finish, if available, or in a similar style and finish if the original has been discontinued. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by ordinary wear-and-tear, fading, accidents, acts of nature, mildew, misuse or shipping. Our warranty does cover freezing damage on cast aluminium components.

STRAPS
Polyethylene straps are guaranteed for 3 years from date of purchase. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective merchandise at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by ordinary wear-and-tear, fading, accidents, acts of nature, mildew, misuse or shipping.
